People Inc. has started a Lockport chapter of The Girls Group, which encourages developmentally disabled young women to make connections in their local community.The program was founded this past February by People Inc. ambassador Megan Logan, who had observed that some of People Inc.’s female clients tend to keep to themselves and not venture out into the world. She thought they needed some encouragement.
