Hiring shortage for local group homes

It’s not the job for everyone, and most of the employees are not in it for the money.

“It’s a very gratifying position, it’s a very gratifying job to have.” said Andy Rotella, who never planned on making a career of it when he started working in a group home a year and a half ago. “I fell in love with the job, I fell in love with supporting the people and working here. They need me and they appreciate it, and you can tell they appreciate it.”
