Eastman House exhibit showcases disability in new light

When you first meet 25-year-old Erica Webb of Penn Yan, you will be greeted with her radiant smile and reserved, polite demeanor. “Disabled” is a description that most likely will not come to your mind, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. A recent graduate of D.R.I.V.E., a program jointly administered by the Penn Yan Central School District/Arc of Yates and Keuka College that provides services for students living with an intellectual disabilities, Webb carries her message of hope wherever she goes.
