Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled buys Tonawanda building – Buffalo – Buffalo Business First

After a lengthy search, the Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled has found a new home for its corporate headquarters.

The agency has acquired a 12,000-square-foot Humphrey Street building in North Tonawanda, paying $420,000 for the facility, which had been owned by the City of North Tonawanda. Community Services is moving its offices from Oak Street in Buffalo.

North Tonawanda had used the facility for some administrative functions, said Vito Picone, McGuire Development Co. senior director of business development, who brokered the deal.
